Bunch Reappointed to Enterprise Florida Stakeholders Council

STUART, FL (October 27, 2010) – Business Development Board of Martin County executive director Ron Bunch has been reappointed as a delegate to Enterprise Florida’s Stakeholders Council. The appointment, Bunch’s second two-year term, begins on November 4, 2010.

The Stakeholders Council is the primary conduit for providing the Enterprise Florida Board of Directors information on competitiveness issues. Delegates are selected by the President and CEO of Enterprise Florida and include leaders from Enterprise Florida’s “primary partner,” regional economic development organizations, workforce and other educational organizations that provide service to support the goals of economic development in the state.

“It is an honor to be asked to renew my appointment as delegate to Enterprise Florida’s Stakeholder’s Council,” said Ron Bunch. “Shaping state initiatives in the economic development realm helps the state achieve its goals of creating higher quality jobs in diversified sectors and directly benefits Martin County locally.”

The Business Development Board of Martin County is the “primary partner” to Enterprise Florida from Martin County. In this capacity, Bunch will enhance communication and collaboration between Enterprise Florida and the organizations that support economic development in the region.
