Crystal Stiles, 35, is resigning her post as co-executive director of the Business Development Board to join FPL, where she will be the company's economic development project manager. Stiles joined the BDB in 2009 before being promoted to co-executive director in January 2011.

STUART — Triumph Aerostructures' Vought Aircraft Division is planning a 16,000-square-foot expansion to its manufacturing facility in Stuart.
The company plans to build a truck loading area and add a staging building for shipment of the inboard and outboard trailing edge flaps for the Boeing 777 that are manufactured at Building 26 of the company's 1801 S.E. Airport Rd. plant.
