STUART, FL (June 9, 2010) - The Business Development Board of Martin County is producing a monthly television show entitled Business Works to air on MCTV-20. The purpose of the show is to better inform the community with economic development activities in Martin County.

The Business Development Board of Martin County announces the expansion of Old Cell Phone Co. (OCP). The company recently expanded into 20,000 square feet in Sands Commerce Center on SW Martin Highway in Palm City. OCP plans to add 863 jobs in the next 36 months, with over 450 of those projected for 2010, and invest over $600,000 in taxable property and capital improvements to the facility.

Palm City - Old Cell Phone Co. plans to hire 863 new employees over the next three years, with 450 of those jobs to be filled this year.

The Business Development Board of Martin County is pleased to announce the expansion of GiftRAP Healthcare Software. The company is adding 38 new employees and expanding into space adjacent to its existing facility at 4229 SW High Meadow Avenue in Palm City.

GiftRAP Health Care Solutions in Palm City will be hiring 38 full-time employees within the next two years and training them with $50,000 from a state-funded grant program, the Business Development Board of Martin County announced Tuesday.
