BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF MARTIN COUNTY
The Business Development Board of Martin County (BDBMC) is a public-private partnership working to promote balanced and orderly economic growth in Martin County. As the official economic development organization for Martin County, the BDBMC is charged with the responsibility of supporting existing companies in their expansion and growth needs and attracting new companies to the community. BDBMC is the official partner of Enterprise Florida, Inc. (EFI), the state's official economic development organization.
The Business Development Board is dedicated to bringing resources to existing and new companies, and maintaining a business climate that will help them grow locally, while achieving success on a global scale.
BDBMC Mission Statement
To promote economic growth in Martin County by retaining and assisting existing targeted businesses and attracting desirable new businesses while preserving the quality of life, and expanding educational and employment opportunities.

Job Creation Toolkit
The Martin County Board of Commissioners recently adopted the Job Creation Toolkit, arming themselves with business incentives to induce business expansion and relocation activities.
Tax Abatement Information
Martin County residents will vote on an Ad Valorem Tax Abatement referendum on August 24, 2010.
