Participants will learn how to construct Standard Work Skills, which will help define the most efficient methods to manufacture product using available equipment, people and materials.  With hands-on facilitation, you will learn to develop Standard Work Skills that depicts the key process points, operator procedures, production sequence, safety issues and quality checks.
